Convention Children’s Program
Nursery
(Ages 0-3)
Nursery will be provided for children ages 0-3. Mrs. Brenda Phillips and her assistants will be providing care for our babies and toddlers. They will have safe space to play, nap, and explore. Please make sure to bring a well-stocked and labeled diaper bag for your nursery babies.
Pre-k thru Kindergarten
Our pre-k and kindergarten class (approximately ages 3-5) will be provided by Mrs. Harley Mineer, the preschool director at Calvary Chapel Salt Lake. This program will incorporate lots of movement, story time, activities, snacks, and crafts. Weather permitting, they will also enjoy time playing outside. Children in this program are required to be potty trained.
Elementary Program
Back by popular demand, Melanie Henderson will again be leading our elementary-level children’s program. Children from 1st-5th grade will spend time learning more about God’s creation & beautiful design for mankind from the book of Genesis. As guests of the children’s program, Richard and Sue Stepanek of Alpha Omega Institute will also be hosting a fossil lab, where students will touch, explore, and learn more about fossils & their formation. They will also get the opportunity to explore more about dinosaurs and the origin of man, learning what the Bible says rather than what man says. The program will feature lessons, crafts, snacks, game time, and much more.
